Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However should you not be happy with your purchase then it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note the following -
Refunds are for goods only. Any delivery charges incurred are not refundable and if your original purchase had qualified for free delivery then the delivery charges you would have paid will be deducted from any refund amount.
Goods returned must be in their original undamaged packaging, they must be unwashed and unused with original labels attached.
Please send proof of purchase with your returned items.
Please advise prior to returning the goods that you wish to return them.
We suggest that any returned items are sent using a track & trace delivery option as we do not accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds or exchanges can only be made to the person who has purchased the items originally.

Sale or discounted items are excluded from our Return & Exchange Policy. All Sale purchases are final and can not be returned for refund or exchange. This includes items purchased using discount codes and during promotional periods.
We deal with only reputable suppliers with whom we have a confidence in the product quality they supply, however from time to time faulty items do slip through our processes. We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act and will repair or replace or refund as soon as possible.
