Stock Availability -
If an item shows as available then we currently have it in stock at our George Street store.
If an item is showing as pre order - then we are waiting on the stock to be delivered. For more details on individual timing of pre ordered items please head to our pre order information page.
Please note these expected delivery times are an estimate only. Deliveries are going to be delayed and disrupted for some considerable time.
Should you require more info on a product, need help with sizing, colour or gift ideas then please either contact us by email, phone, text or messenger.

If you have birthdays coming up, we suggest planning & getting organised ahead of time, there will be significant delays with stock and courier deliveries.
Most orders of $140 or more are delivered free of charge within New Zealand*.
Bulky items are expensive to send and unfortunately we can not absorb these costs. There is a bulky item charge of $20 for NZ delivery that applies to specific items.
$8.95 Delivery Charge New Zealand Urban Addresses* and $12.95 Delivery Charge for New Zealand Rural Addresses* for orders up to $139.99. Free NZ delivery for orders $140 and over.
Where the incorrect delivery charge has been selected goods will not be shipped until the correct delivery charge has been paid. If you are unsure as to whether your address is rural then please use the address check website to confirm https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/
All purchases are normally sent by courier. We use a range of couriers to keep this as cost effective as possible, at the moment we are using NZ Post non tracked service for most NZ address parcels.
Orders placed by 1pm Mon - Fri are generally dispatched the same day. Small parcels to North Island Urban addresses will usually be delivered over night, South Island and Rural Addresses may take several days. Larger Bulky items will take 2 - 3 days delivery within New Zealand. Orders placed over the weekend will usually be sent out on the following Monday.
During busy times of the year, (ie sale & holiday periods) normal delivery times can be delayed, if you are working to a specific deadline please advise at time of purchase and we will do our very best to ensure your parcel gets to you as speedily as possible.
*At this time we only deliver to Mainland (North & South Island) New Zealand, we do not deliver to Waiheke or Stewart Islands.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Freight charges will not be refunded for orders placed with incorrect or partial delivery addresses. Please ensure you include full delivery details for your order.
Pick up In Store:
For our local customers we offer a Pick up in Store Service from our boutique store in George Street, Palmerston North.
We now also offer a free pick up in store option from our sister store in Napier. Dalton + Dot at 25 Dalton Street Napier. Some items may be available directly from Dalton + Dot and other items will be sent to Napier and you will be contacted when they are available for pick up. Should you need an item urgently then please get in touch before placing your order.
There are no additional delivery or processing charges for Pick up in Store service. Pick up in Store option are available on checkout. Place the items you wish to purchase in the cart then go to check out, you will then have the choice to have the goods delivered or to pick up in store.
We do ship clothing to Australia. Please note we do not send bulky items and this includes all toys, accessories and most footwear. Parcels are sent via NZ Post Non Tracked Service. If you wish to use a tracked service then please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Deliveries to Australia are still significantly delayed.
At this time we do not accept international orders to any other countries through the website.
