Delivery Costs:
Delivery charges within NZ are calculated based on what is in your cart and the delivery address.
Local Delivery (Palmerston North + Napier postcodes) $3.50
Nationwide delivery for a satchel is $7.50 ($13.50 rural delivery address)
North Island
Small Box $10.95 ($16.95 rural delivery)
Regular Box $12.95 ($18.95 rural delivery)
Oversized Box $24.00 ($30 rural delivery)
Bulky Item $50.00 ($56 rural delivery)
South Island
Small Box $13.95 ($19.95 rural delivery)
Regular Box $29.95 ($35.95 rural delivery)
Oversized Box $60 ($66 rural delivery)
Bulky items are not available for south Island delivery
All sized boxes sent to the south island are sent on a 2 - 4 day courier service (economy service). These are delivery expectation guidelines that weather and ferry scheduling can disrupt.
We have recently updated our courier charges to better reflect the items being sent and the location they are sent to. Unfortunately the cost of sending a box to the South Island has got extremely expensive and this is now reflected in the courier charge for any items needing to be sent in a box. However if you wishing to purchase multiple smaller items and the freight charge has allocated the oversized charge then please reach out and we can provide an actual shipping cost based on the combination of products you require. With hundreds of different products that have multiple sizes and dimensions combined with everyone ordering different combinations of products this is still a work in progress.
Where the incorrect delivery charge has been selected goods will not be shipped until the correct delivery charge has been paid. If you are unsure as to whether your address is rural then please use the address check website to confirm https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/
All purchases are normally sent by courier. We use a range of couriers to keep this as cost effective as possible, at the moment we are using NZ Post non signature service for most NZ address parcels.
Orders placed by 1pm Mon - Fri are generally dispatched the same day. Small parcels to North Island Urban addresses will usually be delivered over night, South Island and Rural Addresses usually take several days. Larger Bulky items will take 2 - 3 days delivery within the North Island. Orders placed over the weekend will usually be sent out on the following Monday.
During busy times of the year, (ie sale & holiday periods) normal delivery times can be delayed, if you are working to a specific deadline please advise at time of purchase and we will do our very best to ensure your parcel gets to you as speedily as possible.
*At this time we only deliver throughout New Zealand, though our couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Freight charges will not be refunded for orders placed with incorrect or partial delivery addresses. Please ensure you include full delivery details for your order.
Pick up In Store:
Palmerston North:
For our local Manawatu customers we offer a Pick up in Store Service from our boutique store in George Street, Palmerston North. There are no additional delivery or processing charges for Pick up in Store service. Pick up in Store option are available on checkout. Place the items you wish to purchase in the cart then go to check out, you will then have the choice to have the goods delivered or to pick up in store.
Napier:
Local Hawkes Bay customers can select pick up in store from our Tennyson Street boutique.
International Orders:
Australia
We do ship clothing to Australia. Please note we do not send bulky items and this includes all toys, accessories and most footwear. Parcels are sent via NZ Post Non Tracked Service. If you wish to use a tracked service then please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Deliveries to Australia vary, some locations can be delayed. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes please check NZ Post for their current guidelines before placing an order.
At this time we do not accept international orders to any other countries through the website.
