We offer a loyalty scheme to our regular customers. It is easy to join either in store or online.
Online - just sign up to our emails via the link above and complete your details, set up an account and you are on your way.
In Store - Mention to staff at the counter that you would like to join our mailing list.
$1 spent = $1 loyalty reward (see below for terms & exceptions)
Earn 75 points for creating an account with us.
Once you have reached 300 points you will have earned a $15 reward.
Rewards are valid for 90 days from redemption.
Checking your points balance is easy, just click on the check rewards button on the bottom right side of the screen, or ask for an update when next shopping in store.
To earn points
Loyalty points are earned on purchases of full priced items (see below for exceptions)
Delivery charges do not earn loyalty points.
Orders that include any sale items are currently excluded from earning points.
Gift voucher purchases do not earn loyalty points
Items that are returned will have any loyalty points earned from the original sale deducted.
Points can be earned on both in store and online purchases. Online you will need to log into your account first to earn and redeem points. You must use the same email address for the two accounts to be connected.
In Store please remember to mention that you are on our database to have your sale linked to your account. This is your responsibility.
T & Cs
A reward can not be simultaneously redeemed with another offer / promotional code.
Points & rewards have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
Points can not be added retrospectively.
Rewards must be redeemed by the person who earnt the reward.
If you redeem a reward for less than the value of the reward, then the balance of the reward is forfeited and can not be used against another purchase.
Loyalty points and rewards are not transferable between accounts.
Transactions paid for or partially paid for using a loyalty reward do not earn further points.
Loyalty accounts that are inactive (ie haven't earnt or spent points) will expire after 1 year.
Loyalty rewards are not available to trade customers or staff purchases.
Terms and conditions of the reward system are subject to change without advance warning
