Dantoy

Dantoy is a Danish toy brand that began in the 1960's.  Known for its innovative eco friendly plastic toys. Dantoy's philosophy is to "create long lasting educational and imaginative play experiences". All of their toys carry the Nordic Swan eco label. 

Nordic Swan Ecolabelled toys do not contain phthalates, PVC or fragrances. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel looks at the overall environmental impact and the entire product journey – for the benefit of people, the environment and the world’s resources.

Dantoy has a new range of bio-plastic toys that are made from sugarcane.  The Dantoy bioplastic is made from at least 90% sugarcane and all of their bioplastic is 100% recyclable. 

Dantoy breen bean toys are made from recycled plastics. That makes them one of a kind and no two will look the same, so the colour way pictured is indicative of what colour the toy may be.  The different shades of colour in these products are created by randomly mixing the plastic waste that is available at any given time. Green Bean products are limited edition toys, as they are produced from the excess waste materials we have in stock, which makes this line of toys even more unique.

Dantoy's ideas for new products are tested at daycare institutions together with children. Their goal is to involve and create toys together with children already from the early stages of product development.
